I have a professional background in psychotherapy, pastoral ministry and education. I also have a personal background in traditional and contemporary forms of psychological and spiritual development.

I have been presenting programs on Jungian psychology since 1988 and the Enneagram of Personality from 1989.

I have also organised three Enneagram of Personality conferences (two in Australia and one in England) and two Jungian psychology conferences as well as presenting at a number of other conferences, including several Jungian psychology conferences in the United States and the 2000 International Enneagram Association (IEA) conference in San Francisco (see link below).
